This piece explores the flow of the human lower limb through pattern making, translating muscle groups into intersecting panels and seam lines. Constructed from 28 individual pattern pieces per side, mirrored symmetrically to emphasize structure, rhythm, and form.

Made from Japanese cotton denim, then dyed to a deep black. Finished with layers of beeswax, dark silver coating, and transparent textural applications that allow the fabric’s surface and imperfections to remain visible.

Two invisible curved pockets are integrated into the muscular seam lines.
